Return & Refund Policy

We believe at unrivaled that your happiness is our topmost priority! We have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases :

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received an expired product.
  • You received a wrong shipment.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post delivery of the product.

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 72 hours from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at hello@theunrivaled.in

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 72 hours from the time of delivery of the product.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
